About Dhana: Dr. Dhana Ponners has 29 years of experience specializing in manual therapy and sports specific rehabilitation for the orthopedic and athletic populations. Dr. Ponners also has 27 years of teaching experience in the university, hospital, and clinical settings. As a clinician, she enjoys and believes in supporting each patient comprehensively with manual and exercise interventions specific to their goals and their injury. Most importantly, she understands the importance on educating each patient on their diagnosis, prognosis, and how to successfully get back to their level of function or activity in which they desire.

Dr. Ponners likes to serve as a bridge of knowledge, support, and guidance for the patient’s recovery journey. She is an athlete and enjoys problem solving with each patient how to get back to hockey, soccer, basketball, golf, volleyball, tennis, pickle ball, Pilates, hiking, biking, etc. as safely and as quickly as possible.
