About Hope: “I was first drawn to physical therapy during my freshman year of high school when I found myself trying to learn what each muscle in my foot did in order to help relieve the pain I had while running cross country. Since then, I have continued to grow my passion for physical therapy and applied it to help both myself and others get back to active lives. I find it so exciting the way God has created the body to adapt and heal when facing injuries or challenges. I love being able to assist people through using the body’s innate abilities to restore their full function.”

Hope has experience treating a wide range of ages and abilities. She has a passion for working with athletes and women’s health/pelvic floor. She specializes in women’s health/pelvic floor and runners. She has practice with blood flow restriction training, trigger point dry needling, cupping, and IASTM tools.
