Should you go to OMPT Macomb: the answer is YES! I have been through much physical therapy within 20 years and this facility has people that care! My PT was Kali. She knows what is current, listens, tells you straight forward answers and has a caring heart. I also got a chance to work with Charlotte. Her and Kali are equals. You are in great hands with either of these Physical Therapists. Plus the rest of the staff is wonderful. Please give this place a chance, you deserve great care. I am grateful that I gave them a chance.
I recently saw Kali for a knee issue and am very happy with the results. Kali was very professional and friendly. I always looked forward to going to my sessions with her which is usually not the case with PT :)I will definitely see her again for any future injuries, and I highly recommend her services.I also want to give a shout out to Conner who also helped with my knee and was very professional and a pleasure to talk to every session, very friendly.Thank you both again for helping me!
My mother does her PT with Charlotte and Jasmine at this office, and they are incredible! Professional, kind, hard-working - couldn’t ask for more. The office is clean and bright with big windows all around. My mom leaves feeling better physically and in a great mood — thank you, Charlotte and Jasmine, and the rest of the staff for creating a wonderful experience for her every time she comes.👏🏼💕
The staff was very friendly and efficient. I made tremendous strides after shoulder surgery with Charlotte and Kirstie. They were very gentle and also encouraging. I would recommend them to everyone.
I really enjoyed my time at this location. Front the front desk staff, to my PT Kali and her student they were all helpful. Kali and her student were personalble, knowledgeable and provided me with the tools to recover. I appreciated the education I was given as to the WHY I was doing an exercise, and was encouraged to ask questions. I recommend my boyfriend to this location for his post opt knee surgery and he's already acclimated, making progress and comfortable in their care as well.
The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely suggest the Macomb Twp. location to my friends and family. Kali is an exceptional Physical therapist who is extremely knowledgeable and super nice. I had a great experience and am no longer having shoulder issues.
Can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at Macomb OMPT Specialists! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Charlotte was great to work with. She answered all of my questions, helped me understand how my body is working, and set up a game plan that got me back to my normal routine in no time! Highly recommend!
Professional office staff. Kali (PT) very knowledgeable and personable. Had opportunity to be reviewed by a future PT. With assistance of both healthcare workers I quickly was assessed and treated. Thanks for helping walk pain free.
Overall experience was exceptional. Results and healing much quicker than anticipated...I had Bi-cep tendon tear and range of motion back and strength back in weeks not months as I thought. I highly recommend my PT Kali and entire staff.
All of the staff is very friendly and caring. Charolette is an amazing physical therapist. She greatly improved my quality of life after a few short months. She is very knowledgeable and gave me some answers as to why I was having so much pain. With the help of some exercises, massage and stim, I was finally able to get my pain under control. I would highly recommend this clinic!
I have had a problem for about 3 months, finely received therapy treatment, Charlotte was my therapist. It was about 4 treatments before any relief, and now after 9 treatments, my life is back no PAIN. Recommend OMPT 100%
OMPT Macomb was an amazing clinic. My PT Charlotte was extremely knowledgeable. After each session, I felt stronger and more capable of resuming my normal activities! The staff was friendly and professional. The clinic itself is new, with state of the art equipment. I have never posted anything in the past, but I want make sure our community is aware of this fantastic resource for PT services.
My physical therapy treatments were great. Lower back pain extending down through my right hip was my plight at the onset of treatment. After several visits at OMPT, I felt like Dancing with the Stars 🤩! Charlotte, my PT, designed a plan just for me. Massages and other forms of exercises worked quite well. In fact, I told her she had magic fingers and requested to take them home with me 🤗. Friendly Staff, CDC compliant, professionalism, clean and comfortable surroundings. Try them for yourself.
OMPT Specialists of Macomb was excellent on all levels! From their caring and always helpful front desk/techs to their amazing PT Charlotte, everything was great while I was receiving care here! I came for rotator cuff injuries to both shoulders and though I’ve been exercising regularly for almost 10 years, Charlotte was able to show me exercises I’ve never heard of before that helped strengthen my shoulders and increase my range of motion while also providing excellent hands-on physical therapy to reduce pain and further help with range of motion. At times I had to reschedule appts unexpectedly, and they were always very polite and accommodating for this as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best Physical Therapy care top to bottom!
