About Nicole: “I always knew that I’d find a career in the medical field, and I chose physical therapy because of its’ holistic approach of using manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to treat pain and dysfunction and the one-on-one interaction I can give my patients throughout their healing process. I believe in educating my patients not only on their diagnosis but on lifestyle and activity modifications to not only help them recover from their current issue, but to continue on improving their lives once they are discharged from therapy. I take pride in combining skilled manual therapy interventions with corrective movement pattern exercises to involve the patient’s whole body in returning to the things they love. I have a strong background working with a variety of post-surgical, orthopedic, sports injuries, running injuries, and degenerative diagnoses, and enjoy tailoring my care to each patient’s individual needs. I am also a certified yoga teacher, and incorporate yoga concepts of core stabilization techniques, breath, and whole-body integration into my patients’ care. “
