Balance Education Class: Plymouth Senior Center

Did you know that there are around 1 million hospitalizations per year related to falls for older adults?
We are offering a course where you will receive fall prevention education, safety modifications, and exercises to improve your balance and strength. We will also help you to identify modifiable risk factors that can be changed to help reduce your risk of falling. In addition, the owner of Mobility Plus Plymouth will be joining to answer any questions regarding mobility products for those who desire to stay active or adaptive equipment for home safety.
