Balance Screening and Education Class: Troy Community Center

Did you know that there are around 1 million hospitalizations per year related to falls for older adults? We are offering a course where you will receive a free individualized balance screening and learn more about how to prevent these falls in the home and community. We will provide fall prevention education, safety modifications, and exercises to improve your balance and strength. We will also help you to identify modifiable risk factors that can be changed to help reduce your risk of falling.
