Basic Mat Pilates for Core Stability

Calling all people dealing with chronic pain and inflammation of the spine and other joints! This course will help to improve core muscle activation. We will take participants through some basic mat pilates exercises to recruit and engage core muscles for improved trunk strength and stability. We will also provide strategies to exercise smarter and safer without exacerbating pain symptoms, allowing you to continue to lead an active lifestyle while protecting your joints. Additionally, we will provide resources and education on hypermobility spectrum disorders such as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. COME ONE, COME ALL! We have something for everyone to learn.
