Let’s Walk, Neighbor: Rochester Hills

Join us for a 2-week walking program focusing on cognitive and motor function, agility and strength. Each week, specific gait drills and exercises will be taught with an overall goal of improving walking ability. The meat of the class will be walking with the physical therapists providing feedback on what to work on. Our goal is to help people learn efficient and safe ways to incorporate a walking routine into their everyday lifestyle.
Please bring a water bottle. We have a water filling station for refills!
*Participants should be able to walk independently either with or without assistive devices
Week 1: June 3rd, 1pm
Week 2: June 10th, 1pm
