PARformance Mobility: Golfers Education Class

Are you a golfer that gets to the course with just enough time to make it to the tee box? Do you have a routine to warm up before teeing off that first hole? This class will go over the necessary stretches and exercises to improve your overall mobility during golf. This will include both upper body and lower body movements required for swinging, as well as spinal motions for bending to pick up your ball and teeing up that first drive. Come join us to learn how to get your body from moving subpar, to PAR!
