Let’s Walk, Neighbor: Rochester Hills (Week 4)
July 30 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
4-week walking program that works on strength, agility, mobility and balance. Each week, specific gait skills with drills will be taught to improve components of walking. The meat of the class will be walking with the physical therapists providing feedback on what to work on. The goal is to get everyone out and moving and create healthy habits.
*Participants should be able to walk independently either with or without assistive devices.
Week 1: July 9th, 2-3pm
Week 2: July 16th, 2-3pm
Week 3: July 23rd, 2-3pm
Week 4: July 30th, 2-3pm
