Weightlifting Education Class

Weightlifters looking to prevent injury and increase longevity in the gym, come join us at TRV|FIT Berkley for a FREE course taught by one of our highly skilled physical therapists. This course, focused on the shoulders and hips, will review basic lifting mechanics, stability exercises, general muscular stretches, mobility work for the joints and the benefits of training in multiple planes. Weightlifters of all experience levels are welcome. Whether you are looking to get into the world of weightlifting or have been weightlifting for years, this course will provide you with the info you need to meet your next goal.
