Eric and the staff at OMPT have been excellent! What a blessing it is to have caring, skilled, and knowledge physical therapy in Otsego-Plainwell. Dealing with injury is a challenge but they make the path back to physical health a joy. I’m glad OMPT was recommended to me; the last time I needed PT I had to go to Kalamazoo/Portage.
My 10 year old daughter broke her arm back in August 2023. She’s been dealing with muscle loss and range of motion issues. A friend recommended OMPT. This place is amazing! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The facility is VERY clean. Eric has done an amazing job working with my daughter and getting her arm back to baseline so she can get back to playing sports! He makes her work hard all while having fun. I would highly recommend OMPT!
5 Stars for OMPT Specialists in Plainwell!!! I've participated in physical therapy for various issues over the last few years and OMPT has been my FAVORITE, by far! Hope is a knowledgable therapist and she continues to expand her scope by obtaining specialized certifications to broaden the therapies offered. She's extremely friendly and truly cares about you as a person and a patient. All of the PTAs are friendly, helpful and encouraging. Administrative staff is kind, caring and friendly as well. A massage from Bekah is a MUST!!! (Best massages I've ever had!). The staff are now more like family! Most highly recommended OMPT.
I did physical therapy for my knee for about 16 weeks at OMPT. I worked primarily with Eric. It was a great experience and made a big difference. I would highly recommend OMPT and Eric for any therapy needs.
I came to OMPT with a knee that had lost significant range of motion several years post surgery. They were very friendly and welcoming and easily accommodated my schedule preferences.All of the staff is excellent—caring, friendly, and careful with your tender parts. They share suggestions for at-home exercises, and do whatever they can to get you back to 100%.Their therapy areas are all completely stocked with the latest PT equipment, and they also have full access to the exercise equipment at their partner gym, Fit Stop. They even have water therapy!I worked with several of the therapists, but most of my sessions were with Jukka, who was gentle and always willing to try different techniques and exercises to find the right fit for me.I definitely recommend OMPT. I believe they are the best!
I was here for just over a year with Eric. He was absolutely wonderful! I also got to work with Hope and she was really great with acupuncture and cupping the muscles around my knee and I was so scared to do it but she was just so great about the whole process and after the first time I realized the relief I felt with it. The front desk ladies are super nice, and everyone is super welcoming and friendly. They truly want you to succeed here!
I can't say enough good things about this facility. The staff is friendly and always helpful. A special thanks to Jesse for her help solving insurance and scheduling questions and just making my day a little better. I have had both knees replaced and Eric and Kim helped me get back to moving again. Thank you all.
I highly recommend OMPT for physical therapy needs. I'd been dealing with a chronic back pain issue and it was preventing me from playing pickleball. After a few sessions with Jukka, I'm back on the court and feeling so much better. Everyone was very professional, friendly and caring.
I have been at OMPT for the last 3/4 months since my knee surgery. The facility is so clean! Every staff member is AMAZING! Jesse and Kelly, worked with my insurance to get the best out of my recovery and back to some what normal. Jukka and the other PT staff inculding Kim and Brad helped me work hard and learn what I need to do to keep up on getting back to my 100%, unfortunately with still having a tare in knee I will not be 100%, but I am 100% from when I entered OMPT. They treat you like family. I have been so pleased with the professionalism and caring staff that I brought my son to OMPT after his knee injury in football. I can not thank OMPT enough for be the BEST!
They figured out the issue and got the problem fixed fast. Can’t thank them enough as I haven’t felt this good in years. Should’ve went sooner!

I had an amazing experience with them! I’ve had physical therapy for two other injuries at a different place and this time was wayyyyy better. I saw results fast and felt like the excercises were extremely helpful. The team is also so sweet and knowledgeable.

From front desk to the therapists everyone has been helpful. Front desk has been very helpful with handling my tricky insurance. My therapist, Hope, has made me feel listened to. She's been willing to help me make things work and to listen to what I have to say about my own findings on my issues.
This place is great! I have been to 3 other physical therapy specialists and none of them compare to OMPT. I came here post surgery for my shoulder with a torn labrum and they had all the equipment, knowledge and then some to get me back to work, the gym and recreational activities faster than i had hoped for. I specifically worked with Eric who i can't say enough good things about. Very nice, smart guy that works great with athletes and athletic related injuries.I Highly recommend OMPT for physical therapy and thank you to the entire staff!
I found everyone to be very nice n helpful. Starting with Jessie at the frt desk. My therapist, Hope was sooooo nice. Hope with the help of Kim n Jordan made my total knee replacement therapy easier. I HIGHLY recommend the facility! Love those guys❤️
Had a terrible knee injury from a motorcycle accident from hitting a deer. My first therapist hardly took the time to help through the beginning of my recovery, they quit on me after three months. I came in to OMPT and got a free consultation and I was very well taken care of from that point on. He pulled and stretched my knee for almost half of the visit with a lot of relief and no pain. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy. I know I wouldn't be where I am in my recovery if it wasn't for going to OMPT and all the hard work I put in strengthening my leg. Thank you for the way you do therapy!!
I truly cannot say enough good things about OMPT and the staff at the Plainwell clinic. They honestly deserve more than 5 stars! When I found out that I needed another knee surgery, I knew that OMPT was the place that I wanted to go to begin my recovery and journey back to full health. I had a cadaver bone and cartilage implanted into my knee in January of 2022 and spent 8 months gaining mobility, strength, and knowledge to help me continue my healing process long after I left. Eric Manrose is a top notch, amazing therapist that I have recommended to countless people. I have worked with Eric on several occasions in the past 6 years and will continue to do so in the future as the need arises. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending any of the therapists at the Plainwell clinic to someone in need of PT.

I can't say enough good things about OMPT Specialists in Plainwell. I went there for a shoulder injury thinking I would need surgery and after working with Eric surgery will no longer be needed. Eric is wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable, patient and he explained everything in detail and how each different exercise would benefit my shoulder. I felt like he really cared about me and healing my shoulder. My shoulder is now completely pain free. I highly recommend OMPT Specialists in Plainwell.
Jessi took the stress out of scheduling and billing. I was scheduled within 1 week of my physician's referral, and insurance concerns were carefully explained. My shoulder was going to take a multi-faceted approach, and Jukka was knowledgeable and professional, asking me for feedback on how things felt every step of the way to make sure we were heading in a good direction. Eric filled in one day and was also very professional and kind. The assistants were helpful as well, safely guiding me through my workouts. Lots of communication and an overall great team. Hopefully no more injuries, but if needed, I'm coming back.

Physical therapy was ordered by my physician after a pickle ball injury. My daughter had used OMPT previously and highly recommended them. When I called, they were able to work me into their schedule in a reasonable amount of time. I saw Eric for an hour twice a week. Eric explained the stretches and exercises as he demonstrated them and then observed and assessed my form as I did them. He also provided hard-copy printouts of the work to be done at home as well as a link the the on-line version of them. All of the staff were knowledgable and friendly, especially Jesse, who provided detailed information about the facility, their processes, and the financial aspects. The facility was easy to find, bright and always clean. I would prefer to not need PT in the future, but if I do, OMPT will be my first choice!
I highly recommend OMPT for your physical therapy needs. My calves were so bad that I was unable to run. An MRI showed that I had spinal stenosis, so Eric worked on both my calves and my back. After several weeks of working with Eric, I am back to running. I am now out of therapy, but I am continuing to do his suggested stretches. Thank you OMPT
Quicker recovery progression thanks to Eric and the team. I was told my ruptured Achilles Tendon will take a minimum of 9 months to recover. With OMPT, I followed Erics instructions and cut that time nearly in half. Jess at the front desk was extremely kind, easy to talk/work with, and did everything she could to help with insurance. The whole team went above and beyond especially for after care so I can keep from any other possible injuries, not just for my Achilles. Highly recommend for athletes and people looking to get back to work!
This is the best Physical Therapy clinic I have been to. (I've been to three others). They are very professional, pleasant and know their stuff! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
These people are awesome! and the facility is wonderful as well. I recently came in for a "second opinion" of sorts for a nagging running injury and Corey and Eric teamed up to get me feeling better and back on the trails once again. The front desk staff is great, and honestly I look forward to coming in each week. I really like how there's also a gym in the building when combined with the OMPT simply creates contagious vibes of fitness and health!
I am accident-prone, and I have seen my share of PT clinics. OMPT by far surpasses my expectations of what a PT clinic should be. This facility is always bright, cheerful, and clean. Jess, at the front desk, is always helpful and kind. Jessica is an excellent assistant and is always ready to take over for Eric M. when she is needed. Jessica has an excellent memory and hardly ever loses count so you can't cheat on your exercises. I am glad I got to work with physical therapist Eric M. Eric puts you at ease, assesses the diagnosis, explains the process, then implements the therapy. Eric M. knows his craft well and his knowledge helped with my diagnosis. I was so thankful I was able to work with this facility that I am now seeing him again for some back issues.

I have had several shoulder surgeries in the past and many therapy sessions with various clinics and therapists. OMPT has exceeded any of them. It is a friendly place where you are treated with care during your sessions and after. They always go the extra distance to make you feel like more than just another job. Eric was my therapist. He was treating me at every session, monitoring my progress every time and giving me great instruction for workouts for home. Most therapy clinics had a therapist evaluate me and did not see me again, leaving me to work with a tech not seeing me for any progress reports. At OMPT I worked with the techs to warm-up then Eric did the rest of the session, adjusting the program as needed. OMPT and its employees are a great addition to the Plainwell/Otsego area bringing some much needed therapy expertise.
I highly recommend this location for any physical or massage therapy. Eric and all the staff are highly professional and very good! They all helped me tremendously with my issues. I am very happy with their service.
I don’t have computer savvy to add pictures. Find this clinical site to be spotless, warm, friendly and inviting. Staff is professional, courteous and accommodating. Have had Eric Manrose previously when I had undergone back surgery years ago. Happy to see he is back in the area seeing clients. He is knowledgeable and presents his instructions in a manner that is informative and not boring. If anyone had mentioned to me years ago that exercising could be fun, I would question their sanity. Some people have asked me if I have dreaded having physical therapy? My response has been no. I have looked forward to feeling better and moving easier. The staff and other clients create an atmosphere of camaraderie that is fun and entertaining. My appreciative thanks to all who work here for a job well done! Keep up the good work!
