I have utilized OMPT Specialists in Rochester, Michigan for therapy after post surgeries in the past year. Having had 2 hip replacements and a knee replacement I needed an expert in the field to help me overcome years of walking improperly and being off balance, even developing back pain due to years of misalignment! My adult son had previously gone to Paula there and highly recommended her to me. There aren’t words to express my gratitude to Paula for working on me and with me to optimize my physical therapy, resulting in outstanding results. The quality of my life has improved 100 fold! As a 6'4 man who has suffered from lower back and neck pain his whole life, I can honestly say that thanks to Doctor Paula and Hannah, I am no longer in pain. After receiving such high-quality service, I can't imagine using any other physical therapy facility in the future because the team at OMPT treats you like family from the start. In addition, I want to give a huge shut out to Paula for always taking the time to explain the causes of my pain in language I can understand and for always being so positive during my road to recovery. If you want a PT that cares about your needs as a client and as a person, I recommend giving Paula your business as she truly goes above and beyond when it comes to delivering care. Most wonderful PT experience I've ever had. After dealing with whiplash from a concussion incident, I was not at all thrilled about having to do PT. Little did I know, my three hours a week at OMPT would become the best part of my week. Paula, my PT, was wonderful, kind, and listened to me and what my body was telling me with so much respect. She went at my pace and never pushed me into pain. The front desk staff and PT techs were just as incredible and their kindness made the entire experience better than any PT experience I've ever had.
Everyone in this office is amazing and so friendly, especially the therapists that I’ve worked with (Paula and K.C.)! They take the time to really listen to you and work with you to get better with the least amount of pain. Highly, highly recommended!
The team at OMPT Rochester Hills is top-notch and so joyful to work with! My physical therapist, Paula, worked with me for MONTHS to recover from my rock climbing injury. I am now pain-free and armed with the perfect at-home PT routine needed to sustain my healing. The team of PT assistants is friendly and offers excellent continuity of care during post-session treatments like stim and heat. The Office Manager, Lisa, diligently worked with my health insurance to ensure the necessary additional appointments beyond my initial prescription. I had the pleasure of working with new PT Kirstie during her onboarding and highly recommend her in the event my gal Paula is fully booked. OMPT is the perfect environment to heal!

This is my second time for physical therapy at OMPT. I was so impressed by K.C. when she worked on my neck/back that I requested her when I needed PT on my knee. She is amazing, really knows what she is doing, and is always so positive. If I need PT again, I will return and ask for K.C.. You have a great team in Rochester, just sorry you no longer have Chris, your massage therapist. Visits with her kept me in touch with your whole team in Rochester.

I was in need of a physical therapy after my shoulder surgery, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team.Dr. Paula is full of energy, friendly, and awesome overall. Don’t let her casual demeanor fool you, as she is a wealth of knowledge. I asked so many questions surrounding what I could and couldn’t do, rate of my progress, and ways to safely get back into lifting weights once discharged. The whole team is also incredibly friendly and helpful, too. Lisa at the front is one of the nicest persons I’ve met. Hayden, Ari, Michelle, Paul, Natalie, everyone there have positive vibes.Picking a medical care could be tricky, as you don’t always get the care you were hoping for. I think many of us know that from experience. For that reason, I feel I was very lucky to have stumbled upon the OMPT team. I recently concluded 8 weeks of knee therapy with Paula. The office operates smoothly and efficiently. Everyone is friendly. Paula is very qualified and knowledgeable. I liked that she incorporated a wide range of procedures and explained them and why she was doing them. My knee improved throughout the treatment. This is the third physical therapy office/company I have tried and it is the best one. I will continue with OMPT for any future therapy needs. Paula enabled me to get back to enjoying an active lifestyle.

OMPT Specialists Rochester was great! Everyone there was friendly and treated our baby very well. They were always on time with appointments and had lots of scheduling availability. I just got done with my sessions at OMPT due to knee issues, and I can easily say this is one of the best physical therapy facilities out there. Everything is so clean and well maintained. The employees are all very friendly and kind, you’re greeted with smiles and kind words everytime!Aside from the tidiness of the facility and the great employees, my PT KC is one of the greatest Pts.She went above and beyond to help me recover and was always there to answer any questions I had. I left OMPT with 100% certainty that I’m on the road to recovery!I hope I never have to do physical therapy again but if I do, I’m most definitely choosing OMPT Rochester!

I had a great experience with OMPT Specialists Physical Therapy. They took the time to understand where my pain as coming from and listened to everything I said. They did a great job showing me at home exercises to do to reduce the pain I was in. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for PT in the area.
My therapist (Casey) did a thorough evaluation and provided me with a wonderful home program to help me gain strength and then maintain it. At each session she asked me if I had any questions and provided both the answers and often a demonstration to help. The massage techniques used during each session were specific and always helped with overall comfort. Casey was always patient, respectful and kind!
John Steve Parker: I have been going to OMPT - Rochester for 3 yrs.. Without the expert treatment from Sam and her staff I would probably be wheelchair bound by now. Instead I am walking without a cane and preparing to start playing golf again after a 4 year absence. The entire staff has always been courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to my individual needs. My custom treatment plan was complete and continues to evolve as my rehabilitation progresses. Feedback has been consistently provided and explained in a friendly, encouraging and understandable fashion. I would recommend OMPT Specialist Physical Therapy-Rochester to anyone in need of high quality comprehensive physical therapy.
Not recommended, they lie about charges. They did nothing but charges 100’s even with insurance. I made all payments and they started sending me 100’s of $ bill, which don’t explain anything. When it comes to PT I felt I wasted my money and time for the charges I paid already. Again am not ready to make additional payments.
I just completed my 4 month therapy sessions with OMPT in Rochester with K.C. Burnell and I was teary-eyed when I left. I bonded so much with my PT gal who was so wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took such a sincere interest in me and getting me back to feeling well. The staff are all so helpful and professional. Lisa, the receptionist is very personable and very responsible. I will miss not seeing everybody.
The staff is super friendly and very accomodating. I can ask questions and get lots of help and tips, the therapists sincerely care about helping their patients.

All the staff are so amazing, thoughtful and detail oriented. They are very encouraging and help you with any need. K.C. was an amazing PT. She worked with me at my pace and helped created a great routine, I never felt pressured and she was thoughtful to my schedule! The next time I hurt my knee I know who to schedule with!
I cannot emphasize enough how great my experience at OMPT was. I had a very severe ankle injury/achilles tendon rupture which required months of Physical therapy to recover from. Paula Terenzi is the best physical therapist anyone could ask for. She is knowledgeable, dedicated and fantastic at her job. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physical therapist in the Rochester area. I am now on my way to training for a sprint triathlon and can confidently say I would not be in this position if it weren't for her excellent care!
I had a great experience at OMPT. KC treated me for back-to-back injuries (ankle then knee) and helped me feel a lot better and get on a solid path to recovery. She — and the entire staff — was super friendly and encouraging and helped me deal with my injuries mentally, too, when I was feeling discouraged.

This was my first time seeking physical therapy, and I am 100% satisfied with the experience. Paula is a skilled therapist, and the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated.
My wife has used OMPT at two or more of their locations and recommended them to me. The Rochester Hills location was very convenient for me. KC, my therapist, was very understanding, encouraging, and helpful - a pleasure to work with. I've noticed improvement in my hip bursitis and arthritic back, and now have the proper exercises and other therapy methods to practice at home.
We suspected our son had torticollis and took him to his pediatrician at 7 weeks old to confirm. They referred us to a bunch of physical therapists, but a friend told me about how much they loved OMPT in Troy. I called OMPT Rochester (closer for us) to see if they had a specialist in pediatrics and they DID! Paula instantly made me feel comfortable. As a new mom these were unchartered waters. She gave us a ton of easy stretches and activities to do at home in addition to the sessions with her. Our son absolutely adored her. She is a natural with children. She seriously made me feel like a better Mom because she empowered me to try so many things with Jameson that aid in his development. We were actually sad when Jameson graduated from physical therapy because we loved everyone at the clinic so much. I cant say enough good things about Paula! Thank you!!

I was referred by a friend to come to therapy at OMPT and my time there was amazing. My physical therapist Paula was the best and very polite and the rest of the staff was just as good. Every time I went there it was like a family environment. I really enjoyed my time at OMPT.
