About Paula: “What began as years spent in the high-school training room healing sprained ankles grew into both a deep interest in anatomy, as well as a desire to watch people rehabilitate to their strongest selves. As I reflected on my greatest passions: health care, athletics and the function of the body, I was continually drawn back to the practice of physical therapy. During my undergraduate studies, I was able to grow an interest into a future as I studied anatomy and subsequently taught gross and visceral human anatomy in the cadaver lab. From then on, I was completely captivated by the way the body functioned and the intricacies and unique variances from person to person. Through individual connection, collaboration and through functional, achievable goals, I feel so fortunate to use my training and anatomical passions as a way to guide others through individual programs to gain strength, function, and confidence.”
Paula has experience in orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and acute care rehabilitation, as well as collegiate athlete return to sport and post-surgical repair.
