About Dr. Chablani: Dr. Chablani brings 20 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, with advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, and performance-based care. Her clinical expertise includes high-velocity manipulation, joint and soft-tissue mobilization, and individualized exercise prescription for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
She completed a two-year postgraduate Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy program at Oakland University to further develop her skills in evaluating and treating orthopedic conditions. She also earned TPI Level 2 certification through the Titleist Performance Institute, expanding her expertise in golf-related injury rehabilitation and athletic performance.
Through this training, Dr. Chablani is able to develop customized programs designed to improve strength, speed, explosiveness, and overall performance for athletes ranging from recreational golfers to high-level competitors. Her approach focuses on connecting thorough assessment with targeted treatment and performance training to help patients return to the activities and sports that matter most to them.
