About Lauren: “I didn’t always know that I wanted to be a physical therapist and I don’t have any injury recovery stories that drove me to be a PT. Physical therapy just seemed to be the perfect combination of solving puzzles, fixing things, exercising, and helping people. I love being a physical therapist, it is truly my passion and I’m thankful to be in northern Michigan, close to my family and doing what I love. I enjoy treating a variety of orthopedic condition, but I especially enjoy treating the cervical spine and TMJ. I have a love/hate relationship with running, having completed several half marathons and other races, and I am, a level 1 certified running gait analyst and enjoy treating runners as a result. I also enjoy gardening, DIY projects, cooking (and eating), hanging out with my husband Lance and our dogs. I am also very passionate about teaching and being a clinical instructor for future physical therapists.”
